    Knowledge without Wisdom

    For many topics, we are facing an overexposure of information today. Too much information stresses us. It leads to wrong decisions. When do we ask ourselves if we need all of this information? What do we gain? Information fasting can help us to take a step back and observe what (missing) information is doing to us. One day or one week without laptop and phone can do wonder. Just processing information. Wisdom we have to extract for ourselves. It is the essence of information, which never can be told to us. Removing all the overhead by distilling ideas and come to conclusions is the challenge for each of us nowadays.
