I think it is very much important in team bonding of multiple countries located teams that to understand the cultural differences, what are most likes and dislikes must be shared, it should reach to teams without fear. Delivery demanding teams must ignore/clear all misconceptions. It is also important that a mistake is repeatedly occurring because of cultural differences then how teams are reacting plays a critical role

You are so right! Culture always plays an important role. We must be facing differences in behavior when working co-located. Even though I would assume an open exchange on personal interests is always a step in the right direction.
